Associating Buddypress with Rockettheme themes

    Hi there,

    I use the latest buddypress version with wordpress templates of rockettheme.com

    Works well, except that wordpress tells me to associate “register wordpress page” with “register buddypress page” which can be done in admin–>settings–>buddypress–>pages. However there is no “register page”. If I create one (admin–>pages) it has got the name register but without function.

    Any help for me?

    And that is exactly what it should be ‘Without function’ or put another way empty with only a title set. You then go to the BP settings and select that page to associate.

    Thanks a lot! I do appreciate that!

    My problem however now is, that I had created a page called register – thought it was the wrong thing to do and deleted it again.
    I have just tried to create another, but this is no called register-2 at the end.I can edit that part of the permalink to register. But when I click on save it goes back to register-2.

    And I guess that this won’t work.

    Would be great if you could help me here as well.

    When you delete a page it goes into trash but the permalink is preserved. To recover the name you need to delete the trash…

    Now this sounds like a stupid question…but i cant find the trash… lol

    All right now, I’ve found the trash which was rather easy. Sorry about asking. (It’s on the pages site itsself for those who Need to know.)
    I then deleted all the Register pages in the trash to create a new one. However now, when I click on “register” (frontend), I am forwarded to a site that can be seen here:

    What did I do wrong?

    Any hints?
