I’d like to modify the plugin so that everytime a link for a particular hashtag is clicked, the hashtag itself is automatically entered in the activity update box on the hastag page. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

I know that when the “Send a Public Message” button or link is clicked, it takes you to the Activity Feed and inserts the @Mention text automatically. I basically want this same functionality but for hashtags.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
