I’ve just found out this thread http://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-troubleshooting/forum/topic/configuring-w3-total-cache-with-buddypress/

Last update was 2 years back. It must be outdated.

anyone wants to add what to enable and what to avoid from plugin settings?

I can add that Browser Cache enabled hides from non logged users groups content.
