Bibliography API displaced when CubePoints installed

When CubePoints and CubePoints Integration are activated, the Courseware bibliography section at the bottom of the page (i.e. when a book is added using the API system) is displaced to the right….to the point where half of that table becomes invisible…

Any ideas how to resolve this (so that I can use both Courseware and CubePoints concurrently)?

You need to check out the CubePoints CSS. The only advice is to inspect CSS rules inside that file and see if any of those works.
