Hi there,

How can I set a directory list with categories for blogs like in edublogs? Is there any plugin or hack that can be used? I cant find anything regarding this.

This plugin is currently working with my latest version Wp/BP site:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/blog-topics/

Note, however, that I did have to custom code a way to display the sites per their topics (I added that to the default BP blogs directory):
