Bowe Codes version 1.2, what’s new ?

    This new version mainly adds 2 new shortcodes :
    - [bc_restrict_gm]
    - [bc_forum]

    [bc_restrict_gm]
    This shortcode restrict the access of a post content to the members of the group_id or group slug you defined in the attributes.

    [bc_forum]
    This shortcode gets the latests forum public activities (forum topics or forum replies) of all groups or of 1 group if its slug or id is defined in the attributes. If the id given is one of a private group, it falls back to all the public forums.

    I’ve tested this version in BP 1.6Beta1.

    Interesting.. it gave me an idea. Today this plugin use the activity loop and filter on the forums or blog posts.. I guess, i should do one shortcode and use an attribute to filter for forums / blog posts and the other activity types ! I’ll talk about this to Bowe to see what he thinks of it.

    Great. By the way, does the forum shortcode work for bbPress too or only for the BuddyPress forums?

    It only works for BuddyPress group forums
