Bp Labs don’t work on my site

Hello paul !
I install BP labs on my site but nothing happens when i write “@”.
I have WordPress 3.4, BuddyPress 1.5.7 and BP laps 1.3 and i have a custom template.
Please have you got an idea for solve my issue ?Thanks a lot
