In these days i worked on 2 plugins : bpdev-flickr and bpdev-youtube.

They include flickr photos and youtube videos

i want to view my friends youtube & flicker feeds like facebook

any idea?

Nicola it would be nice to add a “checkbox” in the user profile edit page to toggle these plugins on and off as showing them for all users might not be what members would want. The ability to turn them on/off for their profile would nice!

nicola, when you click on a youtube video from youtube feeds can it be played within the same page than going to youtube site!

the flicker plugin works sublime!

Its good,but you can click on the images on last videos and it plays,not so on the youtube section!

Ps. If you have any chance could you include user youtube Subscriptions whereby you get their youtube videos included.

Is there also a way to intergrate this plugin within the blogs also? I currently have a Flickr plugin so users can add it as a sidebar widget to display their photos, but so the user does not have to configure the plufin for their blog and then again for their bp profile is it possible to use the same plugin?

Nicola, I like the bpdev-facbar, can you add youtube & flicker apps to facbar like facebook.

Also, these plugins can they be called in activity?

@gpo as soon as possible i’ll annouce bpdev-facebar on bpdev blog. (I’ll release 2 version of facebar, a free facebar basic and a premium facebar that for example will show how many friends are currently logged in).

But these applications can be integrated (with icons) in the facebar. I’ll do that after writing fbar apis..

The version of bpdev flickr and youtube, given that are the first release (0.9) will be basic. In version 1 i’ll add activity feauture, and group feature.

you’ve to wait.. eheheh
