Breadcrumbs and root forum issue

Hi,
So I set up my BuddyPress/bbPress forums to have five different parent forums. Is this why the breadcrumb navigation doesn’t work right?
Ex: http://www.critterhub.com/forum/amphibians-forum/toads/
If you click on the breadcrumb name “Forums” right after “Home” it always shows up as empty. I’m guessing it has something to do with how I needed 5 separate parent forums (Amphibians, Reptiles, Saltwater Fish, etc.).
Can I get rid of the “Forums” breadcrumb somehow and just have it go “Home >> Amphibians Forum >> Sub-Forum” ?
Or at least get the “Forums” breadcrumb to show the topics for each parent forum?
