Buddy Press Networkwide Recent Posts

    I’m trying to use the buddypress widget (Buddpress Networkwide Recent Posts) on my homepage to display the activity within my buddypress community. However it seems to be only displaying my blog posts and not posting activity from within the groups. Is that how it works? Only blog posts?

    And also, the widget just displays that a post was created and the category but there is no exerpt from the post. Is that normal as well?

    that widget has nothing to do with groups its shows posts from other blogs/sites on your multisite network that wouldn’t normally be visible on the primary blog/site.
