    Does i can hope there comes an update for Buddypress 1.5.4?
    Welcome Pack is one of the best plugins und i miss it since update real hard and wait day for day and day for day :)

    Settings: the preferences cant been updated
    Friends: okay
    Groups: the preferences cant been updated
    Start Page: new url would stored as “h” or “a”
    Welcome Mesages: new url would stored as “h” or “a”
    Get Support: maybe works :)

    Solution: search in wp_options for “welcomepack” and delete it! The Settings are bad if you update from really old version…

    OK, this is exactly what mine is doing, I have had the plugin forever but never tried to use it, now it is doing just what is described above.

    If only I knew where to search for a “wp_options” ?!?!?!

    wp_options is a database table.

    Thank you Mr Gibbs, its all fixed now.

    I am so glad I asked, I was headed off to search through files for functions or something.

    I hate messing with the database but nothing horrible happened
