Is there a way to allow the user to change the name of the image so that it does not show the JPG or Gif
Also allow multiple up loads or multiple albums. any help would be great.

There is way for Force members to enter a description for each image in Bp Album settings.
I do not think there is any way to have upload multiple images.

There is no option to force users to enter an image description. Adding an option like that would make it impossible for users to bulk-upload images.
