BuddyPress.org

I have recently come to know about BuddyPress and have used it at a site. I request here for some help to create what I’m thinking of.

I basically want to dual-use this BuddyPress site as:

1 – As it is originally – A community of people with all functions enabled.
2 – As a (Read Only for employers) directory of profiles of part-time/temporary job seekers such as ushers, anchors, models, entertainers.
These profiles will contain their bio, education, professional and physical (height, weight, vital stats) details.

The information for the second part mentioned above will be filled up separately only by those who wish to join and work as temp workers. This part as a directory can only be accessed by employers.

These profile pages when accessed by employers will have contact information hidden.
Only the admin can see the contact info.

When an ordinary user logs in; it will be a normal social community website.
Please give some ideas. Thank you very much
