Excellent work , working very nice , very useful , thanks again , i don’t know if my suggestions are appreciated but I will continue to posting them, because I like this plugin and will be happy if I should help with development at least this way.

Would be useful to have somewhere in the top of the document some icon telling me that this document is associated with other groups , I have many groups and some documents are associated between them , I want to warn those people of those groups that this document is associated with other groups , so pls. be careful , don’t delete that , because it is in use by other groups , I don’t want the people from one group to delete or radically reduce some document because they don’t need it , if another 10 groups are fully using it , at this moment there’s no way to get to know that this document is associated with other groups (in frontend ).

Boone, excellent work once again! The history feature was requested by a user just a few days ago, and boom – there it is! Can’t wait to try it out! Thanks for adding more translation strings as well, there were a few of them missing earlier.

4ella – At the moment, there is no way (in the UI) for Docs to be associated with multiple groups. So this should not be a concern.

In the future it may be possible, at which point you’re correct that some sort of notification will have to be present.

Hi Boone, I just want to make sure if the revision function is based on the wp revision function, since I disabled that in WP in order to avoid useless database entries. Now when I click the History tab, there will be no revisions although I’ve already edited the doc.

Yes, the feature is built on WP revisions. If you’ve turned off revisions sitewide, then you won’t see any history. I will make a note of this issue – I should probably check to see if revisions are disabled, and not show the history tab at all in those cases.https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-docs/issues/102
