The feeds in the sidebar have an error in them when clicked on.
You can read about half of it tho.Search box on the 404 page could do with some margin
The Notifications menu container in the toolbar is blank when I mouse-over it (it says I have a pending notification, if that matters).
Blog post comments should support display of/reply to nested comments.
We still need a “your topics” or “your replies” section!
& Searching anything just pulls up the blog / news articles from Buddypress.org.
Member > Forums tab is blank. http://buddypress.org/community/members/boonebgorges/forums/topics/
Would be especially nice because we used to have My Topics tabs. See, eg, http://buddypress.org/community/groups/miscellaneous/forum/topic/how-to-see-your-own-forum-topics/
Once this is working, it would be nice to devote a nice nav link to it, maybe alongside Your Activity under the site title.
Topic tags are no longer appearing on individual topic pages.
if you search directly digiting the url from the bar ex: http://buddypress.org/?s=child+theme it won’t find anything plus the sidebar on the right goes on the footer. (sorry for my bad english)
Nice job on the reboot. I am currently seeing 4 comments awaiting for moderation which I don’t think I should see. Is that a toolbar or BP issue?
Deleted posts of issues that are now fixed or were not bugs pertaining to the redesign.
@defries – seems like a WP core issue. Only users capable of moderating comments should see that toolbar item.
@robpachasa @boonebgorges – We’ll get this automatically when we move to bbPress 2. I’ll look at reimplementing it in the interim. Until then, you can always filter your activity for “Forum Replies”
@modemlooper – Clearly I think design is an issue, or I wouldn’t have worked to improve it. Who said I don’t? Don’t put words in my mouth, and don’t assume because I’m a developer that I don’t care about design. I wouldn’t treat you that way, and I’d appreciate the same respect.
The whole format wasn’t “dropped” because we’ve already committed ourselves to supporting the activity streams and plugin groups. Clearly dropping that functionality isn’t an option.
If you don’t like it, work with me to improve it. Come up with some mock-ups and channel your enthusiasm into something positive rather than something critical.
Would like to find out why sometimes new forum threads are created with zero posts (I may have the terminology wrong). e.g. on the support page, you sometimes see a topic with a post count of zero, and clicking through doesn’t work.
I’ve never recreated locally or on other sites but it could be a core issue.
Something weird with deleting them probably. I suspect the post gets deleted but the topic does not.
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but i just tried to review two plugins (Buddypress & Askisment Spam Disable) and it keeps attempting to tell me that ‘There was a problem posting your review, please try again.’ Tried 10 times on both with the same error message.

http://buddypress.org/community/groups/buddypress/reviews/Am i doing it wrong, or is this repeating for anyone else?
http://buddypress.org/community/groups/miscellaneous/forum/topic/i-cannot-change-my-buddypress-org-account-email/?#post-118606 – maybe should not show the change email option on this site’s profiles.
Fixed some titles and group bugs. Also switched Gravatars to MysteryMan. First impressions are that it makes scanning for individual users without Gravatars less easy, but going to keep it for a bit.
Great job so far, JJJ.
A few things I noticed:
No links to sub-pages – If I go to “About”, there used to be sub-pages like “Release History”, “Roadmap”, etc. Need to add links to these sub-pages in the new design.
Link last post timestamp to… the last post! – An old UX request about the old site, but is still applicable to the current design. Read in a previous comment that a switch to bbPress 2 is imminent, but this would be a nice-to-fix-temporarily thing.
Restyle “Site Activity” subnav to look more like contemporary links – I thought that was header text until I logged in and saw the additional links.
@r-a-y – Working on subpages. Will require some UI tweaks. Just deployed the link to last post. There will be other links up there next to “Site Activity” eventually, so be patient with that for now.

Avatar size bug
http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/n498/dr-houssem1/Capture.pngBeing unable to search through the forums for topics around my issues is really frustrating. Search appears to only work with blog posts.
@drhoussem THe avatar bug has been around for a while http://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3782
It’s actually a WP issue, so were just waiting for them to fix it.
Custom menu bug? My buddy press templates (BP Columns 1.5.3, BuddyPress Default 1.5.2, and BuddyPress Widget Theme 1.5) all revert to a “list” style navigation menu when I apply a custom menu to the navigation bar (from appearance –> menu). If I leave the custom navigation menu as null, the nice tabs come back. I appreciate help troubleshooting this!
this is a very minor css issue..
the RSS text is overlapping the RSS image..
