Buddypress User country and sort by country

    Hello,
    how are you everyone , hope that u gonna help me in this ,
    i wanna custom field for user profile called user_country and make it required,
    dropdown menu to choice country and city or country only ,
    and when i click this user country gonna move me to to member page and sort people who’s form same country

    I really Neeed that Badly
