[bug] Cloudsponge js loaded even when service disabled

Just updated and noticed that even though I haven’t activated the Cloudsponge thing (I’m extremely leery of using offsite js, unless it’s from Google’s CDN, for performance reasons), it’s still loading the js (and slowly, at that) from their site.
No biggie, as I just commented out the enqueue_script in question, but thought it was probably a bug….
