[BUG] Did not work with @mention in the same Update

@r-a-y I think I found a little bug, so you maybe could catch it!
When I mentioned a user, to show him a YouTube video, the link wouldn´t convert to embedded code.
Like this:
@sicksight http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPej4DtkwdkTested on BuddyPress 1.2.5.2, oEmbed for BuddyPress 0.52
