Bulk add users to groups

Hi all,
I need to create 20 groups (and course) and then add nearby 20 users for every course.
Is there some way to bulk add users to a group?Thank you,

@aborruso Hi Andrea, I use BP Group Management. It works fine with WP 3.3.1 and BP 1.5.4
