Call upload form on different page?

What code would I need to call the upload form to display on a different page(ie. the index page) so users could upload photos directly from there?

It’s not possible to do that in either the current 0.1.8 version or the 0.1.9 version beta. We could probably implement it through the plugin’s AJAX API.
