Can you please indicate the theme version ?
The theme name let’s suppose it’s a premium theme. This generally means that the theme is shipped with customer support.
Have you asked there first ?

@parniaznet initial scan of theme demo http://deluxethemes.com/comfy/about/ reveals that you only need to create two or three files for BP compatibility. I’ll post the link to the instructions later today.

@parniaznet only saw this issue reported in older versions of WP/BP. What are your WP/BP versions?
If you’re on the latest WP/BP versions, then change to BP Default theme and check if avatar cropping issue is corrected.
i use last BP and WP version, it`s working on default theme, second photo is from default theme. but it not working on my theme!how can i fix it?
i think it is about headr query because all ajax parts are not work on my theme
The avater cropping issue was fixed eventually by enqueueing the jcrop stylesheet in bp functions so for some reason your theme isn’t getting bp default functions file fully.
