Cannot Get the Flash Uploader to work?

    Hi
    I just installed the beta version of the plugin on one of the websites I’m working on. But somehow, I cannot get the flash uploader to work in any of the browsers. It just loads on the browser upload page with this “You can upload a maximum of 198 files to this album. Please select less files and try again”…

    Anyone know what I’m doing wrong…??
