Cannot modify header information – It's not white spaces!

Hi everyone – I’m going crazy over an error I get when searching for members or ordering members;
Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at …../wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-default/members/members-loop.php:3) in …../wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 868
I posted this a couple weeks ago and it was recommended to remove spaces before or after the top & bottom php, but there are no spaces. I’ve checked several times and there are absolutely no spaces which is the only fix that has been suggested.
Any other suggestions will be most appreciated. I’ve been struggling to fix this for a while, seems like it should be easy but apparently not. If I can’t figure this out I’ll probably have to give up on buddypress which would be a shame because it’s really awesome, but I can’t deal with that ugly error! Nothing is even really effected by the error either which drives me crazy also. Maybe I can just change the error message text to match the background color so the stupid error can still be there, but I won’t have to see it’s annoying appearance?!
