Can’t add friends

    I installed buddypress on my site, the main purpose was to make friend connections betwween my users… but I can see a link to see my friends, others friends, but no one on my site can see an “Add Friend” button
    In Component settings configuration I have enabled Friends.

    Any idea what could be happening?

    WP/BP versions? Have you tried deactivating plugins except BuddyPress and changing to bp-default theme?

    I checked with bp-default theme as you recomend me, and it worked, so I look for differences and I found that I missed to add some functionality to my functions.php file, so now it is working :) . Thanks for your help :)

    Which functionality is missing on functions.php file? I am using BP on two separate sites and I can’t get an “Add Friend” button to populate on either site. ;-(
