Can't make groups

    Wordpress version: 3.5.2
Buddypress version: Newest. Was installed yesterday.
Website: (It’s a test to get more familiar with the script while the group in question figures out their domain name) http://www.serenityfalling.com/b/

Issue: Button for group creation not showing on main ‘Group’ page, as in the images showing it in the documentation on buddypress.org

More Information: The button was showing yesterday. Since then I have installed the newest version of BBpress, however I am not sure that could be the issue, as my problem persists even when BB is dis-activated. The theme has not changed.

Trouble Shooting So Far: I have tried activating and re-activating the setting under Settings> Buddy Press> Settings several times in attempt to see the button.

Within the plugin (On the buddypress settings page) it says that even administrators can create a group when the settings is closed for all normal members to do so. I am currently logged on with full administrator privileges and am the only user in the blog.

Yes, it would show up in BP Default theme, Twenty Ten Eleven Twelve and Thirteen, and all other themes which have the page title template tag within the WordPress loop. If your button doesn’t show up, then you’d either have to add the code to your theme file e.g. example.com/groups/create (just need to add /create to URL). Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, add link to create a group in toolbar apply patch per this trac ticket https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/1838
