Can’t mark tasks as completed

Can’t mark tasks as completed. If I do something wrong there should be an error message. It could be a theme issue, too. Does anyone here use a child theme of the Buddypress default theme?

The bug is in the ajax file: bp-gtm-systems/_inc/globals.js

At the beginning of the file, third line down, change…
- var ajaxurl = ‘/wp-load.php’;
to
- var ajaxurl = ‘/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php’;

Worked for me.

Please note, my environment is a Virtual Box, running a Turnkey Linux WordPress setup.

Was reminded of the difference the environment makes today. This does not fix a Bitnami WordPress 3.4, running on VMWare Cluster. I tried the same fix and it did not work. Hope this is a worthy heads-up.
