Change /Author/User to /Profile/User

    i have created website with buddypress . and using some content sharing theme “i love it” .http://themeforest.net/item/i-love-it-content-sharing-wordpress-theme/698475.

    and from top bar navigation , menu , and author page its always linked to author page . and not profile page .

    how can i change website.com/AUTHOR/USER to website.com/PROFILE/USER ?

    and every post from some author will be reddirected to that author buddypress profile instead author archive
