Hello guys can you help me figure out how to change the BP-ALBUM language using .mo.

If you never translated you should first read some general guide on it, for example http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress , http://urbangiraffe.com/articles/translating-wordpress-themes-and-plugins/ , http://urbangiraffe.com/articles/localizing-wordpress-themes-and-plugins/ .
Then you’ll find the pot file in the main plugin folder and you should put the translated files in includes/languages/ inside the plugin folder.
