Change Menu Names Help

Hi, I’m looking to change the names of the menus from “courseware, lectures, assignments etc” to something else, Have looked at the source and I can’t see where to change it.

Can anyone quickly help me?

No one can help, Have looked everywhere in the plugin and can’t find this mythical menu.

Someone please help?
