Change user level up to a certain amount of sent invitations

Thank you very much Boone for this awesome plugin. I’d like to couple it with CloudSponge, and I wanted to know if there is a way to change user level or give some access to private pages if a user has sent 20 invitations for instance.
In fact, I’d like to allow access to certain pages like inbox/send private messages for example, according to the number of invitations the user has sent.
