Clarification on location of custom config file location: subdir of plugins, not of the buddypress-p

A number of people seem to be having trouble getting the custom config working. They may have done what I did, which is to put the config directory `/buddypress-private-community-config` as a subdirectory of `/buddypress-private-community` — the directions say it should be a subdirectory of /plugins
Once I sorted that out, it worked
Perhaps it would make sense to test for that directory at installation — if it doesn’t exist, create it with the sample file there.I’ll bet this is what a few people have actually run into.
