Combining profile field groups into one form.

I’m trying to allow extra profile groups on my profile edit page specifically. I’m looking at the template and the way it seems to let do this is by showing all groups which I’ve done. The problem here is I now have a form for each group all with their own save buttons. So my question is how do I need to alter the profile edit template so that I can show all groups with one universal save button for all fields?
