Compatibility issue? Can't create a group, etc.

I recently installed BP and have the basics going, but am having what I think are some compatibility issues. When I “Create a Group” the page comes up blank. Registration and activation seem to be working ok.

Any ideas what I can do?
I’m using Nature 2.0 by SMThemes.com
