Compose Message and Private Message link problem

What might be wrong or missing with this, Can’t even send a message. And also I’m having trouble displaying the “send private message” button. How will I do that?>

Messages send is okay.
Just sent to kizmark and oz_admin

You have to use the correct name: kiz mark will fail.

how did you get their name?.. I’ve tried to click on the textbox but their names aren’t appearing where it should have automatically searched.
