configure theme, change to other, return to first, settings retained

    if configure theme[BP or WP], change to other LATER, return to first THERE AFTER, settings retained TO FIRST theme?

    If you mean the theme is saving your options most themes with options will add a line in you database table for those options. That is how it remembers.
