Confirmation emails have no content or clickable links except my email address

    Recently I’ve noticed the emails sent to newly registered members have no clickable links or other information except my email address, so members are not able to confirm their accounts. I’m not sure if this is due to the recent BP update or if I am having issues with plugins. Will someone please let me know if this has happened before and what I need to do to take care of it.

    You need to confirm whether or not there might be issues with plugins, we can’t do that for you. Basic troubleshooting is always reduce your install back to absolute minimum i.e WP check that works then progress through activating BP then plugins, checking each time to determine at what point things start to go wrong.

     

    Follow those steps first before posting then you will be able to provide a more detailed idea of where the issue lies i.e. bug in BP  or issue with a plugin.

    Sorry. I got it figured out. I had a plugin still activated that I thought I had deleted and it was causing the issues.
