courseware bibliography still no 0 entries after adding entry of video or book

am trying to use bibliography, very handy also for videos, but it does not seem to be working correctly.
- i can ad an entry from the dashboard into add bibliography, this works -
- I can see the entries in the manage bibliography page, this also works -
- but it is indicated as 0 entries on the courseware dashboard -
- any of the add bibliography options from assignments or lectures do not seem to work -
I might be missing something simple about bibliography, but am unable to find the courseware handbook, I guess it is under development, does anyone have the current link to the handbook?
