When we try to Create our first Achievement, we get a 404
http://cospace.co/network/achievements/ works (you have to be a registered user via http://cospace.co/register/)

Any idea why?

No. What type of install are you running? Multi-network? Multisite? Do you have BP_ROOT_BLOG or BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG set?
