Custom Homepage. Please help

    Hey everyone,

    sorry in advance if there is a similar topic or if I posted in wrong forum. But, is there a possibility, for users to choose what blog categories, or authors post should be displayed on their homepage. Of course they have to be registered users. For example, out of categories, politics, sport, tech, wordpress, php, etc etc he chooses, in his control panel, just sport, tech and php.

    Definitely possible although it would need some custom code to accept a value from each user so that a different list of blog posts specific to each user can be displayed.

    Could for instance add dropdown boxes with categories to users extended profile pages.
    Get the value of those profile fields from your home template and use it in a query.
