Customize Buddypress Profile Page

    I am running WordPress MS 3.8.1 and Buddypress 1.9. I have created child themes so that I can make changes. I want to customize the layout of the profile page, to include removing some options and renaming other options.

    I have been trying to use the plugin “Buddypress Custom Profile Menu”, but it currently appears to have issues.

    Can someone direct me to the correct files and directory paths for what I need to modify? I can figure out the rest from there.

    We can close this one down. I’ve created bp-custom.php, but am having issues with that and will start a new thread.

    @jerrysc You should check out the Codex. Over there, there is a awesome article about how to create a custom template for BP. You’ll find the information you need. =)
