Customizing Buddy Press Group

Hi all,
I’m very new to wordpress and buddypress. I have some questions regarding customizing the Group.
1. Is it possible to change the name from group to something else for example say “project”
2. Is is possible that i can create to different group for example say “project1” and “project2”
3. Is is possible to create a image gallery for the group.
4. Is it possible to add extra text fields and upload fields for example i have a group called project and for that project i want to add “description” “comments” “File upload (i.e .doc, .PDF, PPT) field”please help me in this
