Dashboard page not found

Hey Everybody,
I have been digging all morning long for this but no luck and the threads that i have found have been absolutely garbage cause no one answers and then the thread closes.I get a dashboard 404 page not found error.
I have tried to Restart the plug ins and fix my tables on my SQL.
Before the problem was only sometimes. Now, after I reseted the plugins folder wordpress resetted my theme and i get the 2013 theme but i still get the page not found.
Pleaase help
