Disable logged in users profile.

Hi,
I have a quick question,

I want to disable the ‘logged in users’ default buddypress menu that appears on the profile page as I am using a plugin. However I want to keep the default buddypress menu that appears on a profile page that a logged in user visits of another users profile. Is this possible?

Wordpress version 3.8.1
Buddypress version 2.5.3
