Documents with a defined parent document didn’t convert after the upgrade to Docs 1.2.5

    After upgrading of Buddypress to 1.6.1 version i also upgraded the BP Docs to the newest version (the old one was 1.1.25). The plugin updated normally and i ran the migration process after the activation.

    All of the documents that had a parent document weren’t converted in the process of migration. They do show in the document listing in a group and in the dashboard, but in a group list of documents clicking on them just sends you to root url of the site. When i try to access them through the dashboard they are shown and i can try and edit them (the content of the document is still there) but i can’t save changes nor view them. All of the documents that didn’t have a parent document defined are working just fine, and i can make new documents.

    In the meantime i tried a most tedious manual technique – entering document url’s directly. It appears that the documents are really where they should be, but in the case of documents which have a parent document the links to them anywhere on the site are broken. If i manually enter the editing screen (path_to_document/edit) and save them as without a parent document they appear normally in group listings of documents and all links for them work.

    So it seems that the documents were correctly migrated but that there is a bug regarding display of documents with a defined parent document. The urls to Read, Edit, and History tabs are broken, and just show to site_root, site_root/edit and site_root/history respectively.
