BuddyPress.org

Hey, I am running buddypress 3.1.2 with the buddyboss theme, ive installed your welcome pack plugin and set it all up under the buddypress settings. In theory this is an awesome plugin, but when i sign up as a new user to test it out, its as if the plugin isnt even there. Nothing that is supposed to happen does. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
