Duplicate Updates in Activity Stream

    I’ve been having an annoying problem of updates showing twice in my activity stream. Not blog posts, just updates. I spent some time removing and testing the BP plugins I use but haven’t been able to find a culprit.

    Anyone else dealt with this? I’m on BP 1.2.4.1 and I’ve had this since at least 1.2.3

    Most definitely sounds like a plugin is interferring somewhere.
    Are you sure you’ve disabled every single plugin? Or it could be custom code you have in your theme’s functions.php.

    Delete the Buddypress Template pack if exist

    No, It’s because you have not updated. Tested, on 3 sites, versions of bp- 1.2.5 and lower can experience this issue. Upgrade please and it will solve the problem.
