Hi Toby,
Thanks very much for your reply. To be honest I’ve only deliverd my training face to face, I’ve got lesson plans and video embeded slides. So I need a structure/template that I can fit my content into and then communicate/coach my learners. Does that make sense?

Have you checked out BuddyPress Courseware? Should be what you’re looking for I think.
