Error upon activation

I tried to install your plugin our our site, jmonkeyengine.org
It runs on the latest WordPress 3.0.1 and BuddyPress 1.2.5.2.
I installed the plugin directly from the WordPress repo and seemed to check out just fine. Then when I actived it, I received the warning:
“The plugin does not have a valid header.”
From there I jumped to wp-admin and went to look for the plugin, but I couldn’t find it in my plugin directory.
