Expert developer needed for theme customizations

I am currently looking for a developer to make some changes to my buddyboss theme site. The customization would mostly entail the menu bar structure (i am looking for someone to create an entirly new menu bar which would be fixed to the top and act similar to the facebook bar.) and secondly need to also create a homepage for unregestered users.
