Extend This Plugin for My Purpose

Hi, I want to extend this plugin (unfortunately I’m a newbie) to add restrictions that:
- subscriber (with “read” capability) can only either create/join one group
- subscriber can’t join any group
- subscriber can’t delete/leave a group they joined
- subscriber can’t give the group they’re creating a name and description, they are given automatically.What should I modify so that my site has those features?
